Two deserts, one park. The high desert is part of the Mojave Desert. Here you’ll find the parks name sake the Joshua Tree and will get the chance to photograph it in all of its twisted glory. The Colorado desert is the low desert and is hotter and dryer. This is where we’ll find the Cholla Cactus. At sunrise and sunset the spines of the cactus light up and almost look like they are glowing.

When they coined the phrase “Ithaca is Gorges”, it stuck. There are 19 waterfalls in and around Ithaca, New York. Ithaca is located at the southern end of Cayuga Lake. It is home to Cornell University’s Plantations featuring botanical gardens, arboretum, and natural areas. Nearby are three incredible New York State Parks – Buttermilk Falls, Robert H. Treman, and Taughannock Falls (Pronounced Tuh-GA-nick). Just over the hills is Watkins Glen making this an incredible venue for photography!

Spend 7 days photographing early Autumn in Alaska. We will walk on glaciers, see wildlife from the shore and boat and visit the Alaska Sea Life Center.  Come join us for this Alaskan Adventure.
